Day 1

Pick-up from Moshi

Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Moshi. Brief introduction and drive toward Materuni village (approx. 45 minutes).

Coffee Farm Tour

Arrive at Materuni village and visit a traditional Chagga coffee farm. Learn the entire process from bean to cup.

Hike to the Waterfall

Begin your guided hike through tropical forest and banana plantations. The hike takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Waterfall & Swim

Arrive at the base of the 80-meter Materuni Waterfall. Take photos, and swim in the refreshing natural pool.

Traditional Chagga Lunch

Hike back to the village and enjoy a delicious traditional lunch prepared by a local family.

Return to Moshi

After lunch, bid farewell to Materuni village and drive back to Moshi.
